Observe.
First we observe the space: its height, shadows and the time it inhabits. Light begins as a relationship before it becomes an object.
Shape.
The translucency of glass, the resistance of metal, the rhythm of a fold. Material guides the source and gives light its own character.
Illuminate.
The object returns to the room. Only then do we discover what it highlights, what it leaves in shadow and how it changes an everyday view.
